Grand Mega Resort & Spa Bali, Kuta (Bali)

I had high hopes for this resort, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. The hotel had some redeeming qualities like the nice pool area, but there were just too many issues with the rooms and overall maintenance. I appreciated the polite staff, but the problems with the water heating and cleanliness really detracted from the stay. The location felt a bit distant from any lively spots, which was also disappointing.
