I was thrilled with the room features at Grand Mega Resort & Spa! Each room is equipped with two TVs, one positioned perfectly in front of the bed and the other right in front of the bathtub. This setup allowed me to enjoy my favorite shows while relaxing in the tub, which was an extraordinary luxury for a city hotel. The room ambiance was lovely and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Spacious and Inviting

I had high hopes for this resort, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. The hotel had some redeeming qualities like the nice pool area, but there were just too many issues with the rooms and overall maintenance. I appreciated the polite staff, but the problems with the water heating and cleanliness really detracted from the stay. The location felt a bit distant from any lively spots, which was also disappointing.
